Billing & Service Disclosures
At Epic Digital Marketing Pros, we believe in maintaining transparency and clarity.
Like any communication service — whether you use Square, Stripe, or your cell phone provider — there are small carrier and usage fees that apply when you send texts, make calls, or send marketing emails. These are standard across the industry and billed directly by the communication providers, not by Epic Digital Marketing Pros.
1. Monthly Subscription
Your Business Stability System membership is $37 per month.
This covers access to your CRM, funnel templates, core automation workflows, training videos, and our private community.
2. Phone Number Rental
Each business connects its own local or toll-free number inside the system.
Phone numbers are billed monthly at the provider’s standard rate (for example:
U.S. local numbers average about $1.15/month,
U.S. toll-free numbers average about $2.15/month).
These rates come directly from the underlying carrier.

3. Text (SMS/MMS) Messaging
SMS and MMS messages are billed per message segment at the provider’s rate:
U.S./Canada SMS segments average around $0.0083 each,
MMS (photo/text) messages average around $0.022 each.
These costs are typical for all platforms that use Twilio or similar carriers.

4. Voice Calls
Voice calls are billed per minute by the provider:
Outbound U.S./Canada calls ≈ $0.0202/min,
Inbound ≈ $0.01165/min (rounded to the nearest minute).
Charges apply whether the call is answered or not once it is connected to the network.
5. A2P 10DLC Registration & Compliance
To meet federal and carrier texting regulations, businesses that send texts must complete A2P 10DLC registration.
Typical fees include:
One-time registration fee ≈ $24.50 – $71.90 (depending on volume),
Monthly campaign fee ≈ $11.03 per campaign.
These fees are required for compliant texting and are billed directly by the carriers.
6. Email Sending
When you connect your domain for email (via Mailgun or other providers), you may incur small usage costs depending on your email volume. For most small businesses this is just a few dollars per month.
7. Activation & Timing
Your system setup begins as soon as you sign up.
Please allow up to 24 hours for activation and an additional 1–3 business days for any phone number or A2P verification approvals.
8. Refund Policy
Because these are pass-through carrier costs, message and call fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made (even if the recipient does not respond).
9. Agreement
By proceeding with your subscription, you agree to:
Provide or connect your own phone number and email-sending domain,
Cover any carrier, A2P, or email usage fees billed directly by those providers, and
Maintain compliance with SMS and email marketing regulations.
